You will be trained to master the PULSIONS pedagogy, facilitation tools, and the structure of PULSIONS-accredited training sessions covering the following topics:

— Management – Level 1 and 2

— Sales – Commercial – Level 1 and 2

Methodology

Before the training

  • Hold a PULSIONS certification.
  • Assessment of your mastery level on the topic you wish to become a Certified PULSIONS Trainer for.

During the training

  • Dive into each topic with a dedicated half-day session.
  • Experience an immersive journey where theory meets practice.
  • Prepare to deliver engaging and enriching training sessions.

Terms & Conditions

  • Prerequisites: Hold a PULSIONS certification.
  • Audience: This training is intended for Certified individuals who wish to be recognized as Certified PULSIONS Trainers to conduct PULSIONS-accredited training sessions.
  • Cost: CHF 700.00 excl. VAT per session per level.
  • Languages: English and French.

Interpret PULSIONS profiles in depth by integrating an analysis of behavioural couples and key axes.

1. Learn to read the following behavioural couples and understand their dynamics:

    • Utility – Security
    • Personal Performance – Interest
    • Personal Performance – Own Image
    • Personal Performance – Novelty
    • Own Image – Interest
    • Own Image – Novelty
    • Interest – Novelty

2. Learn to read the following three main axes:

    • P – I – O – N: The way of acting to influence the environment and manage situations.
    • U – Se: The way of acting to manage and control one’s own activities.
    • L – N – So: The way of acting to influence people by focusing on relationships.

3. Understand how to take this information into account when these impulses are activated:

  • As fundamental impulses.
  • Directly in support of the fundamental impulses.
  • In a situation of switching.
