2. Understanding my natural, spontaneous way of conducting recruitment interviews, being mindful of what I say and do to:
— Provide and obtain information
— Ensure the candidate has a realistic view of the position
— Define the framework and context in which they will operate
— Negotiate titles, grades, and salary conditions
— Form an opinion based on:
— Proceed with the interview based on whether I appreciate the candidate or not
3. Identifying my strengths and behavioural biases in how I conduct recruitment interviews by recognizing what my PULSIONS profile naturally leads me to do and say.
4. Prepare myself to address subjects on which I am not naturally comfortable.

This second level builds on Level 1 by teaching you to precisely define the ideal PULSIONS profile for your open positions, considering your company culture and and the specific characteristics of the position.
1. Defining the required PULSIONS profile for the position to be filled based on our company culture, context, and job requirements.
— Working with real positions within your company
— Asking and answering the right questions to select candidates and provide relevant information during interviews with candidates
2. Interpreting the PULSIONS results of candidates once their applications are validated in terms of required professional skills.
3. Evaluating the degree of alignment of candidates’ profiles with the position to be filled by identifying the positive elements of these profiles and the risks and challenges that may arise from recruiting them.
4. Preparing for and conducting interviews with candidates while staying focused on the position to be filled.
— Conducting the interview based on what you have integrated during the Recruitment Training – Level 1
— Validating with the person what matches well with their profile in relation to what is expected in the role
— Addressing areas where their profile is mismatched to assess if the adaptation effort they will need to make is feasible or not
